EngFrosh 2009 Online Registration Form

Registration Instructions

  1. Please note that EngFrosh 2009 starts on September 7th.
  2. Fill out all fields in the form below.
  3. Once all information is correctly entered and satisfactory to you, click the "Register" button.
  4. If your registration was successfully received by the database, you will be provided with a printer friendly page. Please print this page.
  5. Print out the Wilderness Tours waiver and fill it out. This must be done, even if you are not going rafting. The form is legal sized, so please click "fit to page" when printing.
  6. Mail the registration printout, the Wilderness Tours waiver, and a cheque payable to EngFrosh 2009 to the following address:

  7. If your registration was not successfully received you will be told what went wrong, and prompted how to fix it if possible.
  8. Note: Do not mail your forms and cheque to us after August 27th. Instead bring everything with you when you sign in for EngFrosh 2009, on either the Saturday or Sunday of Labour Day Weekend in 208 Residence Commons. We are working very hard to have a credit card machine (sorry, no debit cards) on premise for Saturday August 30th and Sunday August 31st.

Please go to the Wilderness Tours site to download and fill out their waiver form. Fill in "Carleton University EngFrosh 2008" as the Group Organizer. Architecture and BIT students are advised not to sign up for rafting on-line, as they may need to be on campus that day for academic orientation. If space is still available, students who find out they are in fact able to go rafting may sign up at a later date via email request, or during sign-in.		 70
