Please note that all students involved with EngFrosh must be in good academic standing following the academic audit this summer. Failure to achieve good standing will result in your removal from EngFrosh by the Faculty; there will be no exceptions.

EVERYONE MUST sign up for an interview in the CSES Office (2090 Minto Centre.)

Interviews for Spirit will take place during the week of November 23rd 2009

Interviews for the rest of Planning will be held during the week of November 30th 2009

If you need to schedule an alternate time, email the directors at the email on the contact page, ASAP! You may apply for two positions if you are applying for Spirit, however you must submit two applications.

I understand that it is up to me to obtain a POLICE RECORDS CHECK from the Ottawa Police on my own and nobody will do this for me. Print out this Police Records Check Form, fill it out with your information, and then bring it to your interview with the directors. If you do not have this step completed, you will not be granted an interview. At the interview, you will be furnished with a letter stating that you are obtaining a background check for a volunteer organization. This will allow you to get your background check done for free. You can then take your filled out form, and the letter, and proceed to the Ottawa Police.
