Pirates of the Engineerin'

Welcome to EngFrosh 2004! This website is devoted to covering all the news, details, and registration for Carleton Student Engineering Society orientation program.

C-Eng EngFrosh is the perfect event for students like yourself, of the Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Design and Bachelor of Information Technology faculty to meet and create bonds with the classmates that you will be spending the next four, five or six years with. EngFrosh is a fun-filled seven-day event that brings together students from each faculty and allows them to meet and create life-long friendships through engaging events. It is designed to allow for first years to make a smooth transition into the Carleton environment.

Other orientation programs are also being run at Carleton. They are the Housing orientation, the Carleton University Student Association (CUSA) Orientation, and the International Student Orientation programs. If you are a resident student, we recommend that you participate in the Housing orientation that takes place during the move-in weekend. It is an excellent time to get comfortable in the residence environment and to meet the rest of your floor mates. CUSA orientation week is designed for non-FED (Faculty of Engineering and Design) faculties. We recommend that you attend EngFrosh, as it will allow you to meet and network with the individuals that you will be attending class with for the rest of your university career. EngFrosh will begin Monday after residence move-in weekend and will continue until the following Sunday. It will be a week that you are glad you are a part of and you will remember the great experience forever!
