Mr. Insomnia survives life in EngVille by never ever sleeping.  He feels that by always being in some state of consciousness he finds just enough time to get all of his work done and party hard with all of his friends in EngVille.  It's at these times that Mr. Insomnia is found in the most altered states of consciousness, but if you ask any of his friends in EngVille they will tell you that they have NEVER ever seen Mr. Insomnia sleep.
